2. Processing Time

Orders placed on our website or in-store are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak shopping seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select during checkout and your delivery location. The options available include:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
